well a standard zoom's wide end is like 24mm. isnt 24mm supposed to be ultra wide?

Well in respect to how lenses are labelled these days, 24mm on full frame is "wide" 17- 21mm is "ultra wide" and anything below is "ultra-ultra wide"  :/

I'd consider the following focal lengths (35mm equivalent) to be classified this way, but my classifications are pretty arbitrary.

Ultra-Wide: 11-21
Wide: 24-40
Standard: 40-70
Telephoto: 70-200
Long Telephoto: 200-400
Super Telephoto: 400-1200

Bit quiet in here...

Heres a few bird/nature shots from today.

The top 3 shots were taken with a cheapo old Sigma 55-200mm. £50 well spent! Quite sharp if you can keep still haha

the wide angle shot is 8-16mm
the bottom 2 are 35mm1.8

Oh boy, parents got a new car... All these were barely edited for contrast/brightness, so basically, straight from my camera. What do you peoples think? The garage was kinda cramped so I couldn't get the whole front end, but I worked with what I had. These by far are not my best pictures, IMO.
