I remember knowing a guy that to show off would drive that/his car (Vega) in the opposite direction on a side by side freeway so his friends could see a stunt. The stunt where he would throw-on the emergency brake then do a 360 at 60 mph. Coming back into forward position he would release the parking break to continue down the freeway. Finally he would then exit an off-ramp and rejoin us! Never heard or saw someone do that ever again!

That sounds like something straight out of a movie. Holy crap, can't imagine witnessing this in person.

It was one of those things that you don’t recognize at first. By the time your brain figures it out it is already half-way over. But it was really hard on the tires. And it was incredibly smoky. No one told us that he was going to do it. I asked him later how many times he did it, he said a couple of times. But I don’t know how you would go about practicing it? You can only do it at a high rate of speed.
