Hi--So far I have used a CD player as my desk audio source. I bought my children iPods, but have never used one.
I am looking at the many small digital music player devices and have some questions. Note that I have no experience with these products.
1) Are iPods the only devices I can load using an i-MAC?
2) I was looking at the iPod and Shuffle products on Amazon and noticed that both required OSX 10.3.9. My system is 10.2.8 and I am not inclined to buy a new OS. Does this mean I cannot use one of these devices with my computer?
3) How is the sound quality of the iPod and the Shuffle. I mostly listen to classical and older pop music.
