Hi,
few years ago I bought my wife these: Audio Technica ATH-ES55
http://eu.audio-technica.com/en/products/product.asp?catID=5&subID=38&prodID=3652
She's using them with her Cowon player and I'm using them sometimes with my smartphone and tablet.
These headphones sound very good to my ears, they have very good LOWs and LOW MIDs, but they are a little uncomfortable to wear them for longer periods of time, my ears start to feel some pain.... And they're close to being worn to the end...
So, I'm in need of new portable headphones. The ones that sound as good and better than my Audio Technica's, that are loud enough and that are portable, but wouldn't hurt the ears when wearing them... Could you recommend me any?
If it helps, I have and like another 3 full size headphones used for other purposes, all being Sennheiser: HD650, HD580, RS180
