The only one I know is the Otterbox one but I want some that is padded in side.... I want to fit my J3 and my iems (sometimes 2 or 3 with sometimes ear hooks) in there.

I want one that fits in my pocket when I travel.

is the Otterbox the only option??

Some of the Pelican cases would have been great, does it have to fit your pocket ?

these could be a bit too big

That sounds like a dilemma to me.

U need something big enough to carry a J3 and 3 iems yet it has to fit a pocket? Get a bigger pocket.

In terms of size, the Otterbox 1000 should be able to fit a few IEMs, and you could line it yourself with some suede for padding. I still think the clasp is tough to open though (probably cos it's waterproof).

Seeing as the Pelican case isn't meant for submerging, maybe it'll be easier to open.

How about a combination of all these suggestions? E.g. an Otterbox or Pelican case for 3 IEMs, and then a semi-hard zip case for the IEM you're using that day?
I use this one: http://www.westonemusicproducts.com/catalog/deluxe-travel-pouch
