I just bought a new headphone ATH M35 and it sounds really good to me. But after my frd used it to played a music file which sounds like very very very high frequency (sound like eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee) about 10 seconds at full volume. May i know will this stupid high frequency sound damage my headphone??? I dunno if this is just my imagination coz after that i heard hissing and even abit distortion when playing audio with 'S' sounds..... Plss tell me if my headphone was damaged from that music file... Thanks alots... and i love my new headophone so much....

It may be possible that beings he ran it on FULL volume that he may have caused some driver damage, beings it did not sound that way before he got his mits on them. You might have a pair of damaged phones now that i would make your friend pay for. Cheers
