Please recommend jazz album

There are definitely many great Jazz recommendation threads. There is, however, one jazz album that needs to be listened to before all others. "Kind Of Blue" by Miles Davis. It is indispensable.

Yes. "Kind of Blues" is at the pinnacle. It would be a place to start.

"Kind of Blues" is to Jazz what Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon" is to rock.

That being said, you may listen to it and wonder what's so great about it if you aren't used to jazz. Over time, though, you'll get why it's so amazing.

Bitches Brew is pretty awesome as well. I prefer this phase of Miles music.

It'd be nice to know what the OP has been listening to/enjoying thus far. That helps a lot when making recommendations.

Exactly why I recommended a search: A) so that the OP learns to search first, and B) Kind of Blue is in every recommendation thread.

Just listing some jazz albums is hard to do unless we know what you like....what kind of jazz do you like?? Big band,Be Bop, Post Bop, Avant Garde, or even smooth jazz......It is hard for me to blindly recommend Bitches Brew to someone coming from a earlier tradition of jazz when that might turn them off completely from jazz. That just isn't everybody's bag when it comes to jazz....just as Glenn Miller isn't....so if OP could give idea of what he likes then it would be a lot easier to go off that. With that said,Kind of Blue is hard to go wrong with....but it is modal jazz and not everybody likes that kind of jazz.
