I have recently bought the Unique Melody Miracle - and I absolutely love them! I can insert them easily, and they are very comfortable when in, but I am having problems getting them out. I have followed the instructions, but the only way I can get them out is by the one thing that I clearly shouldn't do - and that is to twist and pull using the cable socket. They fit so well, and seal so well that I can't get a grip on them any other way. I must be doing something wrong. Can anyone help?
