Westone 3/Clip Zip 4GB/32GB
I wasn't really happy with my Clip Zip UI...until I tried using a Cowon C2 New appreciation for the rockboxed little guy. Net cost of my rig:
Clip Zip: $35
Westone 3: $50 (Crazy clearance sale a few months ago - selling my Westone 2s for $100 as part of buying them...)
32 GB Card: $30
Total Cost: $115
Pretty good I think!
Just awaiting the FiiO X3 which won't push me out of the budget category
