Damn it! I bit in and got one. So didn't want to, but too good of a deal to pass up. Will hook up to a RSA Shadow (a complete unholy union! hehe) into UE11s.

Wow, very nice; I bought a pristine used one on the FS forums for $300 a few months ago. Hopefully the shipping doesn't take too long though.

c3po, even at its RRP, this is widely regarded as one of the best DACs for the money atm. You can see numerous rave reviews from folk like HeadphoneAddict in this forum and 'Portable Amps', but it often gets a mention in reviews of other kit.

The timing couldnt have been worse for me, but well done to those who have snagged this DAC at that price.
