Dude, do not pay him until you have received the item. Don't be a fool and fall for another scam on top of a scam lol. In all honesty I would not pay him for shipping. Well put it this way. If you paid to ship these to him he should be liable for at least the shipping to him. So I'd minus what you paid to ship these to him in the first place from what he supposedly paid for shipping. I'd also look into exactly what he paid for shipping as I wouldn't trust him at all.
