hi
i got the odac build in o2.
 
used it with my laptop.
 
foobar>wasabi>usbhub>Odac(build in o2)>headphones
 
i got a problem, when i listening to music and i use my mouse (mouse>usbhub) when i move it sometimes the sound will get disruption,
same if i touch the usb cable from Odac, and the usb from laptop.
 
the sound is like when a eaerphones jack is going to get broken, you need to angle it and get it to right position to sounds good, or else the sound will be like Karaoke sound.
 
anyone knows what the problem is ?
 
the same thing goes to the charger, but if i lift the cable up the power will be turned off =/
 
do anyone gets the same problem ?

I don't have a O2, but I can tell you the symptoms below indicate bad electrical connection. Sounds like your O2 is shoddily put together, or has been damaged during shipping.
