I use Total Commander for these things, but maybe you have to give administration's privilege to window's 10 file viewer to see root directory.
Anyway... in the S5 i tried this, i connected it to my computer and in windows 10 file viewer i choose the S5 unit name ( J in my computer, maybe E or F on yours, you have to know it ) and i can see the root directory without permissions. Its where its all .lib archives.
The T6 itself does not have any built in RAM, flashable ROM for the firmware best as I can tell.
Downloaded TC (nice app!) and made sure I have all permissions and view system files enabled with Windows and TC. Connecting to the T6 through USB makes the T6 show as an attached drive/device but can't figure out how to get to the actual root with or without a microSD card inserted.
When a formatted microSD card is inserted the file programs do show the stored data/files on the card but haven't been able to go up the directory structure to the device root itself.
A little tidbit - the device I have is identified as an AGPtek Rocker in the .inf device naming. Might see AGPtek come out with their version at some point since Benjie OEMs their devices.
