I wonder if someone heard those strange (and may be overprices/hyped) beasts ?

the HAMT-1 Signature is a hybrid semi-open headphone featuring a single 57mm dynamic driver and fairly hefty 40mm AMT tweeter (AMT is an electroacoustic transducer, unlike traditional planar ribbon designs. AMT diaphragms are made of mylar ribbon, bonded with conductive aluminum strips.)

It's as if the Abyss TC-1266 had one too many whiskeys on a night out, ended up having a drunken fling with a cheap Grado (who was already plastered and barely able to stand) and this is the resultant offspring who unfortunately inhereted the worst traits from both. It's one redeeming feature is that when it's on your head you can't see it.
