really like (and always using) the Bass-Boost feature...

Of the three amplifiers listed in the title, only the C421 has a bass boost feature.

Yeah, but the LD1+ has tubes.. it does brings out the bass... no..(?)

Definitely O2 ... but it has no bass-boost or other equalizing feature.

O2 is much better than C421?
what are the immediate noticeable things?

O2 is ahead of C421 on technicalities side, but i'll take C421 for musicality. Warmer sweeter and fuller
 
If you love the CmoyBB then i would suggest the C421

Rechargeable battery, form factor, gain switch, build is superb too. And of course sound quality is excellent
