Had some tunes on two WD 74 G Raptors in Raid 0,now corrupted beyond repair.
What to do?
Picked up a 180G OCZ Vertex 2 Sata II 3.5" SSD,because I can't part with the Lian -Li desktop case....otherwise it's the same as a 2.5".
Hella fast ppl.Loaded XP Pro for my music in under half an hour-less the updates and drivers.
Bought a Thermaltake BlacX Duet Dual Hard Drive Docking Station and plugged in the two Raptors.
Supports SSD or up to 2 TB Sata drives on USB 2 or eSata.
Used RuntimeSoftware Raid Reconstructor to create a copy of the reconstructed RAID.
Then used Captain Nemo Pro V4.20 to access the image.
Xpensiv but it worked.
Love the new SSD.
