I was "organizing" my headphones recently and discovered I had lost the pouch for my Ne-7M headset. I sent an email to NuForce about purchasing a new one and this is the response I got-

Hi,

Let's send you a carrying case for free. Just log a help desk request at NuForce Consumer Products Help Desk - powered by PerlDesk Help Desk Software , update the Amazon order ID, etc and we'll take care of the rest.

Happy Thanksgiving,

Needless to say I was quit impressed, especially since they only cost $50.

Btw, I received the pouch and a set of new eartips. Very impressive!

That's impressive.

Logitech actually did the same thing for me. I called them about eartips for my UE TripleFi 10 Pros and they said they would just send them to me for free.

I just got the shipping confirmation and they even splurged for UPS instead of USPS/Canada Post.

Gotta love companies like this who stand by their customers!

I also had an outstanding experience with their customer service.
 
I purchased the Ne-6 and fount out they were incompatible with my mp3 player (2.5 mm jack)
 
I told them that Amazon.com didn't mention it and they told me they would refund my entire order including shipping both ways.  I was so flabergasted that I just bought a new MP3 player and kept the nu forces.
