Not as convenient as a boom-mic mod, but more reversable...

I bought this headset a few months ago purely on looks. They sound alright, definitely a "neutral" sound -- oops, I mean it doesn't have any bass, but that's what "neutral" means around here, right? But, yeah, like Sennheiser HD201 FR.
 
That's not the interesting part, though. It's an IEM with a small boom mic. It's amazingly easy to just stick behind your ear and let the earpad hold it in place. It's convenient, it's easy, and even comes with its own carry case. I've been using it like this for a couple weeks, and figured I'd share it.
 
The tab is meant to stick inside your outer ear, and provide a firm foothold to prevent it from rotating, and comes off easily -- which must be done, or it's painful to have behind your ear.
