I am having the same problem. I Love the way these sound but the Bluetooth is about as stable as a 3 year old on crack. Emailed Noble. See if they respond. If not, I want my money back.
You will probably be communicating with Jim, that said he will be on the road or in the air I should say.... heading out for the Singapore Show. So if the response is slow, you are not being "ghosted" it is just a matter he is traveling.
