Noble Audio - the Wizard returns!

Thanks to the excellent service at Stereo Electronics in Singapore, I have already received my new pair of Djangos bought during the sale event :D

This won't fully replace my set of custom K10s the airline lost with my luggage, but in case my original set do eventually turn up, these should be nice enough to keep as a backup :D Nothing else I've tried to substitute can match that Noble sound

Where do you order the new Focal Elear? i can't find it on amazon

They are only available in the US from some Focal dealers as far as I am away. (confusing considering they are made in France...) Rest of the world roll out is supposed to be August some time.

Hey dude, I see you have the W60. How do you compare the K10 with the W60? To your knowledge, is ES-60 a different animal?

Cheers,
Lou

From the demo of the K10 vs W60 the K10 has a bit more bass and is more extended in the frequency range. I haven't actually got them yet (hopefully arrive on Thursday) but when they do I will give a more detailed comparison.

Regarding the ES-60, I am not really sure, I think it uses the same drivers but you would have to ask somone with more experience. Hope that helps :)

@jincuteguy. Focal Elear is a $1K open headphone, and it's not on Amazon.
It's not item or ciem.
Focal Dealers only: SourceAV or Woo Audio to name a few.

The iem that Focal makes is called the Sphear. Seems to be around £100/$150 on Amazon UK/US. I've heard only good things about it but don't see myself buying one. Noble 4/Savanna is good enough for me.

Scott, have you seen any reviews for the savanna?

I've had a look around and haven't really found anything on the new IEM line

Nope I haven't seen any so far on Head-Fi nor on the Noble website. Not sure how many Savannas there are out there in the wild though. I'm still waiting for mine, but it should arrive this week, fingers crossed.

Picked up a pair of Kaiser 10U on the 20% sale. My first experience with Noble and damn these things are a beauty! Amazing bass and mids on these little guys and clear extended highs. Only have had them on for a few hours too. Very impressed so far.

Now I just got to find a worthy mobile DAP.
