Hi, I new member and hope you guys can help me with this. I'm finding for a "iem" that does not need an amp to my music device. Correct me if I'm wrong I heard that dynamic driver does not need an amp and you can just plug it through your music device? Does shure se215 need an amp?

Most, like 98% of earphones don't really need extra amping. I am pulling out number from my hat here but you get the idea. You should worry about getting the right sound for your listening preference first before worrying about amping.
