Does anyone have experience or information on Extended Warranties available from NewEgg.com? I know that it adds a year to the end of the manufacturers warranty, but don't know how the warranty works.
I'm thinking about getting a Rio Karma and would like to have an extended warranty. I have read about long delays with folks who have Mack warranties. I do not know if this is due to Mack or whoever is actually doing the repair.
I have also read that Best Buy's protection plan is good, but they are selling the Karma for $299 ($50 more than what I can have one delivered from online retailers).
Any information would be appreciated.
