I own a Denon AH-C751 and I am thinking of buy a over the ear headphones rather then in ear.  The thing I don't like about the Denon is that they don't sit in place in my ear and I have to keep fiddling with it.  I own a Sony S series walkman and I am bass nut but still like good sound quality.
 
My questions are
 
Are their are mid-range(£40-£60) headphones out that are better then the Denon AH-C751?
 
Great Bass but not great that it effects the sound quality.
 
Good noise canceling.

They don't isolate all that much but they're comfortable.
