Grrrr.... i might spend all day tomorrow in the Bancroft library simply looking this up....they have the only complete collection in the bay area apparently.

Are those actually from FFFB comix? If so, you got it. Otherwise, JMcMasterJ gets it since it obviously must be a quote.

The quote was (as I remember it {and that may be th problem here}), "Egads! An arachnid!"

As I recall: Freewheeling Frank bokes a schmole and starts getting a little paranoid and a rather freakish bad spider trip ensues.

And back to the off topic discussion at hand....

Fat Fredy's Cat has a lovable side bar life in FFFB issues in which one of his recurring tricks is to hide poop around the house. I distinktly remember the episode where Fat Fredy is walking around saying, "I smell it, but I can't find it." And the cat is grinning in the corner saying, "Wait 'til he puts his headphones on."
