Hi guys. Just looking for any input from you guys...
I currently have a set of etymotic er4p's. They are the older style. Have sounded awesome for years. Recently the left channel quit working. Here is I am wondering... Should I
1. Send the er4p's back to etymotic for reconditioning?
Or
2. Buy a set of Klipsch?
Here's a little more info... I o lyrics use them when in airports or on airplanes traveling for work. I like a lot of acoustic style music, country, classical and jazz. I like my ety's and never had a complaint about them (even though most say they are weak in the low end... I do diagram but it has never bothered me either. The natural sound and the Soundstage more than make up for lack of bass...)
Also, I can get a CONSIDERABLE discount on anything Klipsch makes, so if considering the Klipsch option then price is no object.
Any opinions?
