I got the sennheiser momentums recently and love the detail and sound signature since it is high above anything else I've had other than the vmoda m80 but the momentums still beat them out by quite a bit. So anyways I'm looking for some iems as right now I just have klipsch s4 and well to be blunt they suck. I want high detail (resolution I think is the right term) and relatively balenced sound. I hate overpowering bass. My budget is probably going to be be $200 or less. If I can work out in them it would be a big plus.

I listen to Southern Gospel and a little smooth jazz. So mids are the most prevelant and most important. For me bass needs to be there but it can't come up into the mids otherwise it just sounds awful to me. I'm not real picky on treble it can be just good or strong

Thanks for the help and if you have any questions feel free to ask

The first is under $100 and the etymotic is $120. I'm not complaining but is there really nothing better under $200?

You'd be surprised with the comparisons with other iems. It does need an amp though (if you dont want to get one, the ttpod t1e may be the better choice)

The comparison is near the bottom of the first post.
Oh, i forgot to add the dunu dn1000 and shure se315

Dang that looks good and I'll risk 60 bucks for it any day! Is this the right thing here on amazon? I'm hesitant to buy from place I haven't heard of before...

And I have a topping nx1 amp so I should be good

I dont recognize any of the vendors and there are fakes for these. I would use penon audio just to be safe (the whole asian headphone thread can vouch for its safety)
