An interesting concept indeed, these things weigh only 50 grams and can be used cordless, too. I hardly think it will yield audiophile quality but the concept and design is worth mentioning. Maybe down the road this design can compete with the K-1000 type "headspeakers."

Naturally, these are available Japan only. a company bought out the Aiwa brand from Sony in 2017, if I remember correctly, and they try to break through with this design. Clever.

In 1977 I worked for a store that sold Aiwa cassette decks. They were quite good, especially for the money.
