[Timbre]

After only about a year of use (I have several other headphones that I use also) the thin cable is going open on one channel. I'd send it to AT for them to fix but I want a thicker gauge cable so I don't end up with the same trouble, so I don't think they would do a custom job. I don't have the materials to replace it myself or I'd give it a try. Does anyone know where I could send them to get a cable upgrade? I did a Search already but saw this question asked before with no replies. Also my Grado's right channel went out too a couple weeks ago (talk about bad luck!), so I'm sending them to Grado. Thanks!!!
