Considering local prices it does seem to be a good deal, I haven't seen them that low.
If you really want to try something new, why not?
However, if you're happy with what you have I don't really think there is a real benefit from buying them. You already have two pairs that sound amazing.

That is an incredible deal, used TF10s are about USD$270 in my country.... I love the sound of my previous TF10s, but the fit is a real PITA.
