I'm trying to buy some new IEMs. I'll be listening to mainly rock music through an iPhone 6s, or mixing tracks on a MacBook Air. I'll also be using these on stage with my band (in ear monitoring). 
 
I'm considering the Westone W40 or the 4R. They're the same price where I am.
 
For a cheaper price I'm also thinking of the Etymotic ER4PTs. 
 
What would you recommend for me?
