Hi,
I'm a bit stuck and confused on which headphones for around $300 to get.
I'm South African so I don't have the variety or prices you guys from the U.S get, I'll import if I have to though.
I listen to a lot of music genre's so I'm not really looking for a specific type of headphone, more an all rounder if such a thing exists.
They are for home use, but The environment can be a bit noisy so closed is preferred, or semi closed.
I have a Xonar Pheobus sound card in my pc, so it would be cool if the headphones could get my money's worth out of it, if that makes sense.
I found a couple options I thought I would like, namely the AKG K550.
So I looked at some review's like the one on InnerFidelity, and he seemed to like it, and I nearly pulled the trigger, BUT then I saw a few comment's from some veterans on here that they sound terrible, or elephant crap as one of them put it
So now I'm back to square one, any help would be much appreciated.
