Headphones I'll mostly be using are Sennheiser HD 598, V-Moda M-80 and sometimes the Fostex T50RP V2 with a Cowon X7. I'm looking for sound quality and nothing too expensive.

The O2 Amp is an excellent choice.  You can have a built in DAC installed as well making the combo the O2+ODAC.  I think the combo runs around $350 and for that price you get an awesome amp and a pretty good DAC.

You can pick up a prebuild O2/ODAC combo from JDS Labs for around 290 USD, and while I don't have the ODAC, the O2 is an awesome little amp for the money.
