I retrieved my Shure oval case from my backpack, about to zip it open to get my E500, and heard a rattle inside. Openning the case, and a grey tip comes rolling out. The "shaft" on one of the ear piece has broke off, while in the case?

Now I have to fish for the invoice and send it back to Shure for repair. Wonder how long will that take. Will they give me a SE530 instead?

Might want to post this in the IEM/Portable section.

My E500's broke at about 1 year (sheathing separated from wire near driver). Shure CS was very easy to work with and promptly replaced them with new E530's.
