Hello, just picked this up and was wondering what tubes I should use to sound it's best. I've read that 6h23P-EB sounds good with it but it's 60.00 for a single tube so kinda expensive. Is there anything around 30.00 out there that sounds just as good I haven't read about? - Or should I just pick this one up even though price little high. Thanks.

Perhaps the sub-section(s) of the forum that deal with that specific type of equipment will produce some help.  There might be a thread on your specific kit.
