I don't really have a budget, but I don't really want to bother getting custom IEM molds either...I guess if I had to put a limit, it would be $1,000, but again I just want to buy whatever is on the market without having to get custom work done.
 
I'm just looking for something comfortable, I'm not too much of an audiophile. Something I can wear for a few hours at a time, and not have to constantly adjust it from falling out. I just want them to disappear in my ears.
 
If anything is close to doing that, please let me know your product suggestions.

I can say the q-JAYS are the most comfortable iems I have ever tried. Incredibly tiny, they disappear in my ears. Comfy, like butter in my ears. YMMV
