Making use of the MTPC "no questions asked" replacement

I was going to utilize that warranty thingie that gives you a new set of the MTPCs.
 
I never registered the product, but as far as I could gather off the website, that was not really a problem. I contacted MonsterCable via their support-formula 2 weeks ago and never heard back.
 
What's the proper way to go about this? Contacting them didn't seem to be it, hah.
