So I am on a quest to improve my computer and portable audio experience. I got a new set of IEMs on the way and am looking at players and source now. I have a lot of files in FLAC but not all of them. Mostly because the only large capacity player I have (zune 120) doesnt support it. The Zune only supports WMA lossless. The other source I am looking at, iPod touch, only supports Apple Lossless. So I am at a standstill for ripping. My question is, theoritically, is there any loss in quality if you convert from FLAC to WMA lossless....or WMA Lossless to Apple?

No, theoretically, unless the process or encoder, decoder you used are borked.
