  I have a Galaxy S3 phone and the audio out of the headphone jack on it is less than great. It has enough volume but the quality is just pretty bad. I was wondering if anyone makes a combo Dac/Amp that would be pretty much plug and play with this phone or if there even is such a thing. It wouldn't even have to be portable even though I would like if it was.

If all you have is the headphone jack on your Galaxy then you will have no use for a DAC. If the sound out of the Galaxy is bad to begin with then no amp will improve it,  just make the bad sound louder.
