Uses: running and home use
Size: smaller then ipod touch, bigger then sansa clip
Features: touch screen, good looking, marketplace is a bonus!

It seems like you are looking at Cowon players. You can go look at the J3 and see if it fits your bill. It has everything that you listed, except for marketplace.

And marketplace for downloading some running apps cyz i run

I thought about zune hd but people told me its "dead" mp3 player

For around $140 I suggest you look at Cowon C2, however the UI is not the most adapted I've used. Another one to look at could be Cowon D2+ or D20. You're asking quite a lot for your $140, if you can find  Sony NWZ-F806 Walkman for under your desired $300 budget, then that has everything you want to include, market place, touch screen.
