I have used shure e4c years ago and then upgraded to shure 530 about 2 years ago  (I've had UE tf10 too)
Now I feel like to plunge again and get some upgrading IEM.
Are there any universal IEM that can be step up from se530? (meaning like from e4c to se530)
Or do I have to go with custom IEM route?

Upgrade how?

What do you want different?

Since you've used the Triple.Fi 10 as well, how do you want the sound to be different from the Triple.Fi 10 as well?

At this point, it's a lot less about upgrading and a lot more about finding a product that best fits your personal preferences.  So, in essence, how do you want it to be different?  What are you looking for?

If you want an upgrade you might want to look past universals..of course that depends on how much money you want to spend.

James has some FAD universal which he likes and may be able to give an opinion if he sees this thread and he has the SE530. Although it's a bit on the pricey side.
