Oh really? You disregarded this new Head-Fier's budget or didn't know the price of a new SR60i - and now assume he could "always" buy a used SR60? No - you don't know the OP is open to buying used. 
 
In any event, FWIR, I would sooner buy new UR55 headphones and new KEB40 earbuds for ~$60 shipped.

I've owned 3 used Creative Aurvana Live! headphones. All 3 sounded crappy stock - and only 1 sounded good after modding. And that's from different sources / amps. If buying a CAL!, I suggest doing so with a good return policy.
