So...after spending most of yesterday reading I've only come up with three options for what I am looking for...which is:
 
- dac with a sound that is close to NOS
- includes a headphone amp
- includes an RCA output so as to connect to my integrated
- the ability for that output to be fixed (to back back and forth with a variable for future options is nice)
- an analog thru put would be nice
- would like for inputs coax, tos, and possibly an rca
 
So far I've come up with:
 
Beresford
Matrix Mini
Maverick
 
Is there any more out there that I could consider??
 
The Matrix is probably closet to the sound I am looking just from the few reviews I have read.

I'm not sure what your budget is but maybe you should look at the Red Wine Audio Isabellina HPA.  Has just about everything your looking for.

Yeah that would be way more than 300.  So out of those options then I would vote for the Beresford.
