I've recently upgraded to Bayer DT 700 pro X and I'm plugging them into my Fiio A3 amp and it got me wondering, are they good enough or would you recommend a good pairing for these headphones? I have been recommended the Topping DX3 Pro (which looks excellent looking at the reviews and I'm interested in buying) and was wondering if this would be worth the upgrade with these headphones?

I love the DT 700's, with a low shelf and slight tweak to the frequency dips, they sound awesome, but you know how it is, always chasing better

I have the DT900 and DT700 and just sold a DX3Pro+. The DX5 is much better and lower output impedance for sensitive headphones and IEMs. The DX5 Lite is even less, without MQA support which nobody uses anymore anyway. They're both easy to drive, but the DX5 with FLAC files really shows off how much detail they have.
