You know those songs that you just fall in love with from that very first hearing? I love those, and want more!

I know peoples music tastes are different but lets not see if we can share some magic moments.

Mine would be, "Dragula" - Rob Zombie.
First time I heard that I had to resort rationing myself to 3 times a day

Time to power up YouTube I hope...

"Bros" by Panda Bear and "My Girls" by Animal Collective. I've been on something of a Noah Lennox binge lately.

Aerosmith - Dream On was one of mine when I first got my cans.
The Mamas and the Papas - California Dreamin' is up there too.
Eric Clapton - Tears in Heaven (Unplugged)
Incubus - Battlestar Scralachtica
Enya - Greensleeves
Govn't Mule - Don't Step On the Grass, Sam
Type O Negative - Chanting Monks
Gorillaz - Clint Eastwood

I could keep going and going. This new world of head-fi has me acting like a kid in the candy store

I was just going to say this. The second you hear the drums, you are instantly wowed.

I actually have plenty but they're not really rock. More like some sort of soundtrack/epic sound.

"Give It All" by Rise Against and "Unbroken" by Killswitch Engage are two songs that I listen to before a max effort lift (currently on a hybrid Westside workout). They definitely psych me up.

...to all those powerlifters out there.

How's that working for ya? The WSB program? Getting ready to start lifting again after shoulder surgery. Missing the big weights. (Sorry about the OT question)

But... as in WOW...for sound quality?? I would say: "Duende" from Black Light Syndrome by Bozzio, Levins and Stevens.
I brought it to the CES in 1998 and played it in a ton of the High End rooms. I would then have at least one person in the room ask who? What?,etc.
The following year, and subsequent years, it seemed to be playing in MANY rooms. It is DEMO quality, and one of the first tunes I roll out when showing off my home rig.
