For under $30 I think I might give them a shot because of all the micro drivers I've heard there hasn't been one that I thought was bad. The way some of the reviews I read sound it seems like they have a similar sound signature to the EPH-100. The bass was described the same and how its sound signature has a natural and neutral feel along with a good 3D presentation.
If anyone has these or have heard them let us know but I'm going to go ahead and snag a pair.

Impedance: 16 ohm
Sensitivity: 90 dB/mW
