Is JVC HA S500 the best headphone under $100?? I am gonna get it for $51 and is it really worth for $51? or are there any other good quality headphones that are available at this price?

I paid $76 for my JVC HA-S500-Z (Gunmetal gray) headphones and I think they make great portable headphones.

No. It is an excellent headphone under $100. No headphone is going to be "the" best since people have a wide variety of headphone sound preferences and music preferences.

However, I would highly recommend it. Definitely a good headphone.

However, if you are into rock and don't need isolation or portability, the Grado SR80i are fantastic and would be my choice. They have excellent transient response, so they really bring out the guitar notes very clearly. But they are open headphones--people can hear what you are listening and you can hear your environment. Best used at home.
