I know there's been a thread made of this but I'm really wondering why all of the reviews for the JVC HA-RX900 and HA-RX700 claimed that these headphones had almost overpowering bass. I just got my HA-RX900 I'm not hearing any of it. In fact, my old headphones that are being replaced by the JVC's - the Plantronics GameCom 367 - had more bass than these JVC's do. Will modding it (removing the "acoustic lens") help? I want more bass, because I really can't hear any at all coming from these headphones. I do not believe in burn-in, but if you guys really think that will work, I'll try it.
Edit:
I figured out what the problem was. My EQ had pretty much everything below 200Hz all the way down. I haven't felt this stupid in a while, lmao. At least I gave my friend a good laugh after ranting about the lack of bass.
