Anyone here make their own, tried it for the first time in the oven on slow cook, damn they're so nice nothing like shop bought jerky.

I used the following.

Sugar/honey/bbq smoke marinade/moroccan spice rub/season salt.

Oven set to it's lowest setting and kept an eye on things every so often.

Oh god no idea about temperature but the gas cooker has a slow cook function, from the heat i would say 50-60 degrees centigrade tops, took about 3 hours but i really should have taken them out a bit sooner, they are still very moreish though.

I used irish beef steak, im a butcher by trade so i knew it would provide the best results.
