I think the next logical step to improve my current setup is to upgrade my DAC. Right now my E17 is being used as a DAC only using the Fiio line out dock. Would the odac be an improvement over the DAC section of the E17?
 
Can anybody compare both?

Just saw this post. It's been a while since I've upgraded, but yes, it was an improvement. To answer quickly, the ODAC just sounds more detailed and pure. It's definitely a better DAC than the DAC portion of the E17.
