I'm having a problem with iTunes (11.1.3) not being able to connect to the Gracenote server and retrieve the CD artists and track information automatically.
This just started out of the blue with the latest iTunes update. It simply fails to retrieve any info or if I ask it to check again, I just get a server error.
The gracenote site remains resolutely unhelpful. Anyone else suffered this headache?
I have a pile of almost a hundred new CDs to import into my library and am really not looking forward to inputting all the info manually.
